Camille Radhakrishnan

Undergraduate researcher

I am a senior from Lexington, Kentucky studying Plant Sciences with a concentration in Plants and Human Health. During the Fall of 2023, out of interest, I took ENTOM 2030 Honey Bees: Their Intriguing Biology and Interactions with Humans and More. This course gave me a much deeper appreciation and understanding for the impact all bees have on our lives, as well as the need for conservation. I joined the lab to learn more about these incredible species and be a part of Danforth Lab’s efforts. Aside from my academic interests, I enjoy spending my free time rock climbing, running, swimming, reading, and being with my friends and family.

Research Interests

insect-plant interactions, One Health, ground-nesting bees, citizen science
